1. Introduction

Welcome to Just Visit Plus. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Just Visit Plus as a representative. By registering as a representative, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Representative Eligibility

To be eligible to become a representative, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have a valid Aadhar card and PAN card
• Have a valid bank account or UPI ID for receiving payments

3. Registration Fee

The registration fee is ₹99 plus a processing fee of ₹49, totaling ₹148. This fee is non-refundable once your account is approved.

4. Representative Responsibilities

As a representative, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Representing Just Visit Plus in a professional manner
• Maintaining confidentiality of business information
• Accurately representing businesses that you list on the platform

5. Commission Structure

Representatives will earn commissions based on the following structure:

• Business listings: Commission as per the current rate card
• Referrals: Additional commission for referring new representatives
• Renewals: Commission on business listing renewals

Commission rates may be updated from time to time, and you will be notified of any changes.

6. Payment Terms

Payments will be made to your registered bank account or UPI ID. Payments are processed on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

7. Account Termination

Just Visit Plus reserves the right to terminate your representative account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or unethical practices
• You misrepresent businesses or the Just Visit Plus platform
• You remain inactive for an extended period

8. Modifications to Terms

Just Visit Plus may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of your representative account constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
